This activity, which has been proven for thousands of years, is beneficial to all ages and more, when balance problems increase over time. Through work of breathing, concentration and relaxation, yoga improves the oxygenation of the blood system and stimulates the organs.

Yoga postures to find the next serenity are easy to perform. Even beginners will be able to adopt them without much difficulty.
Posture of the child
This posture calms the mind and helps to refocus. Kneel down, and sit on your heels making sure your big toes touch each other. Then separate your knees to the width of your hips. Exhale and drop your trunk between your thighs. Extend your tailbone. Put your hands on the floor, next to your body, palms up to the sky.
Breathe slowly and feel your shoulders relax. This posture sends a signal to the brain that it is reasonable to rest. The posture of the child is recommended to all those who think too much.
Posture of the eagle
This posture improves concentration and promotes stability. Set a point in front of you to find your balance. Place the weight on your right foot and cross your right leg over your left leg. Ink your hips down. Your arms should point to the sky, crossing each other. The palm of the right hand should come to rest on the left hand. Hold this position for a few minutes if you can.
While standing, transfer the weight of your body to your left foot. Grab the inside of your right foot with your right hand. Slowly point your left arm at the sky, leaning slightly forward while counterbalancing. Inhale deeply. Stay in this position for 1 to 3 minutes.
Again, this posture improves concentration and balance while developing the coordination of your upper and lower limbs. It also helps to gain confidence by opening the chest to the world that is offered to us.
Inner peace can be found in different ways
Although yoga is a real activity for well-being, it is above all a way like many others to torment the inner peace. The inner peace is already in everyone, all we have to do is find it.
